As many zucchini and/or crookneck squash as you want (about 2-3 small per person).
Ingredients listed are for about 4 small squash
1 tsp. Kosher or sea salt.............................................2 TB butter, cut in small cubes
1 tsp. garlic powder per.............................................1/2 tsp. pepper
1 TB. chopped fresh parsley or cilantro

Preheat BBQ grill for medium-high heat.
Wash and trim the ends off the squash. Cut into about 1-1/2" to 2" slices (if it's thick, you can cut the squash in half first).
Lay out about a 12" square sheet of foil for each 3-4 small squash you're using. Put the zucchini and squash on the foil, and dot with butter. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Sprinkle the chopped parsley or cilantro on top.
Seal vegetables tightly in the foil. Put the foil pack(s) on the preheated grill, and cook 10-15 minutes, until vegetables are tender(may take a little longer for bigger, thicker slices)
