Campbell's Giant PORCUPINE MEATLOAF MEATBALLS
2 lbs. extra-lean ground beef (we used 96/4).......................2/3 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup raw white rice (regular ~ not instant)........................2 tsp. Kosher salt
1 tsp. celery seed.............................................................1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper................................................................2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce............................................3/4 cup oatmeal (not instant)

Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9x13" pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
Mix everything together (my granddaughter loved to mix this in a big bowl, with her hands) and form into big balls (about 2-3" across). Gently put the meatballs into the pan, and cover with foil.
Bake for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes.
We got 15 large meatballs from this. My granddaughters (9-1/2 and 11) and I each ate 2; my grandson (13) ate 3; my husband ate 4 ~ and there were 2 leftover. So, you can judge how many this serves by how big the appetite is for your family members!
