I have a "thing" about seasonal "looking" candy in my glass candy dish, so I will actually separate out colors that I want (and put the other ones into a big glass container that my husband has his trail mix in).
Here I used the dusty purple and gold ROYAL DARK CADBURY Mini Eggs (not milk chocolate. Not only are the colors wrong, but it doesn't taste nearly as good!)
I took out the green and bright yellow milk chocolate M&Ms from a package of non-seasonal M&Ms ...
The M&Ms Peanut Butter Eggs have a good purple and green in there too.
I also put in some chocolate covered raisins ~ and tiny cubes of diced pineapple (found that at Kroger too). I was thinking about Junior Mints, but not so good with pineapple (haha) ~ so up to you!
So easy, but so good to just grab a handful with a cup of espresso when I sit down to watch TV!
