FALL Healthy SNACK Trail MIX
equal portions (about 1/2 to l lb. each):
(1) DARK chocolate covered raisins (mine were giant), cranberries or whole almonds
(2) whole almonds (cocoa covered or honey roasted are best ~ these are honey roasted & salted)
(3) diced dried papaya (mango or pineapple are also good)
Mix together in a large bowl. Put into a bowl or jar on your coffee table ~ put into little snack baggies for the kids' lunches. Keep any extra stored in a Tupperware container or large jar in the pantry.
