Fast & Easy BAKED PORK CHOPS
About 3/4 lb. boneless pork chops , 1/2" thick (sometimes I get 2 large ones ~ sometimes I get 4-5 smaller ones)
2 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil………………....1 tsp. Kosher salt
1/2 tsp. smoked paprika……………………...1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper……………………..…...1/2 tsp. dried tarragon

Heat oven to 400. Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly spray with non-stick spray. Set aside.
Rub olive oil over the pork chops. ** In a small bowl, mix together the rest of the seasonings. Sprinkle evenly over both sides of the chops and lightly rub it in.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, (or until pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees F). Remove from oven, lightly cover w/a piece of foil and let rest about 5 minutes. Serves 2
