PUMPKIN PIE BANANA BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE
1 frozen banana (about 80-100 calories each)
1 small carton vanilla protein drink (I get Advant Edge or Atkins ~ 100 calories and 0 sugar)
1 small container pumpkin yogurt (Light & Fit Greek ~ 7 g sugar & 80 calories ~or~ Carbmaster ~ 3 g sugar & 80 calories)
about 1/2 tsp. cinnamon * just a dash of nutmeg & ginger
Put everything into the blender and let it go! It may take a minute or so for the banana to get totally mixed in without lumps. Pour into a large glass (this was a 20 oz. glass, so you can see how big it is) with a thick straw.
