A refreshing adult cocktail with the flavor of a MACAROON cookie ~ almond and coconut.
MAD MACAROON
1/2 cup coconut water (without pulp ~ at the grocery store where other water is sold, or sometimes in the health food section)
2 oz. (1/4 cup) COCONUT RUM
1 oz. (2 TB) AMARETTO (almond liqueur)
ice
Just combine the coconut water and liquors in a glass ~ stir and add ice. This will make 1 nice-sized drink or 2 smaller ones.
