RASPBERRY OATMEAL BARS * with sugar or sugar-free
(can also use Strawberry or Apricot jam)
1/2 cup packed brown sugar OR SPLENDA brown sugar blend
1 cup all-purpose flour ………................……1/4 tsp baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt ……………................……....1 cup rolled oats (not instant)
1/2 cup butter, softened ………................… 3/4 cup Sugar-Free raspberry jam
(can substitute any regular or SF fruit jam here)

Preheat oven to 350. Grease/spray an 8” square pan, and line with greased/sprayed foil (extending over the sides)
Combine sugar/Splenda, flour, baking soda, salt, and rolled oats. Rub in the butter using your hands or a pastry blender to form a crumbly mixture. Press 2 cups onto bottom of prepared pan. Spread jam to within 1/4" of edge. Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture over the top, and lightly press it into the jam.
Bake for 30 - 40 minutes in preheated oven, or until lightly browned. Allow to cool before pulling out by the tabs, and cutting into bars.
