Preheat oven to 350. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Cream together oil and sugars until smooth. Beat in egg, then stir in vanilla, pumpkin and cinnamon. Add the baking soda, baking powder and salt and mix. Beat in the flour, gradually, until smooth. Fold in the chocolate and cinnamon chips.
Using a 1” or 1-1/2” cookie scoop (or tablespoon), make balls on the cookie sheet. Bake about 8-10 minutes, or until edges are beginning to turn brown. Remove from oven and let cool on pan about 3-5 minutes, before putting on rack to cool completely. Drizzle with glaze, if desired. Makes about 3 dozen.

Optional CHOCOLATE CINNAMON GLAZE
3/4 cup powdered sugar …………………………......…. 1 TB unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp cinnamon .......................………………………......... 1 tsp chocolate syrup
milk or brewed coffee
Put sugar, cocoa powder, cinnamon and chocolate syrup in small bowl, and whisk together. Add milk or coffee, 1 tsp at a time, whisking until smooth, thicker drizzle consistency.
