1/2 cup sugar ……………………………….… 1/2 cup butter, melted
2 TB water …………………………………….. 2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract …………………………...1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1-1/2 cups Nesquick chocolate milk OR regular hot cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder ……………………...…1/4 tsp salt
About 1/2 small jar (about 7 oz) marshmallow cream/fluff, or use it all
***
Preheat oven to 350. Line an 8” square pan with foil (extending over the sides) and give a quick spritz of non-stick baking spray.
In a large bowl combine sugar, butter, water, eggs and vanilla, stir until smooth (wooden spoon works well). Add flour, Nesquik, baking powder and salt and stir until just combined. Spread in prepared pan.
Drop the marshmallow fluff by heaping tablespoons in 4 lines over top of brownie batter (keep dipping your spoon into water so it won’t stick). With a slightly dampened butter knife, swirl through the fluff and brownie batter to make swirls.
Bake for 17-25 minutes (or until toothpick comes out clean). Cool.
