TAMALE CASSEROLE
2 cans tamales (cut in chunks)
1 (15 oz) can kidney beans, with juice
1 (12 oz) can Mexicorn
1 (15 oz) can chili, without beans (I like Wolf’s)
1 (4-1/2 oz) can sliced black olives
8 oz. grated cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
fresh chopped cilantro
sour cream
Mix first 5 ingredients together and put into greased/sprayed casserole dish ~ cover with grated cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 min. Serves 4-6
Serve with sour cream & cilantro on top
Good with a salad (with avocados) and tortilla chips
