1 K-cup brewed coffee (Donut Shop VANILLA CREAM PUFF ~ Starbucks PUMPKIN SPICE ~ Community TIRAMISU ~ or other flavor with vanilla and/or spice)
1 tsp. instant coffee or espresso powder (I like Bustelo instant espresso best)
about 2-4 TB PUMPKIN SPICE liquid coffee creamer (can be sugar-free)
OPTIONAL: small scoop of ice cream (I like Breyer's Lactose Free Vanilla Bean)

Put the liquid coffee creamer and instant coffee creamer into your coffee mug. Brew the coffee into the mug and stir. That's it!
If you want ICED FRAPPUCCINO ~ pour the brewed SPICED LATTE into a blender with about 5-6 ice cubes and blend until frothy.
If you want to turn your ICED FRAPPUCCINO into a milkshake, substitute some of the ice cubes with about 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream.
NOTE: It's best if you can let the hot coffee cool about 5 minutes before putting it into the blender.
