Easy DIVINITY FUDGE
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup water
about 1/4 tsp. salt
1 jar (7 oz.) marshmallow fluff
OPTIONAL: edible gold and/or silver edible glitter

Put the sugar, water & salt into a heavy saucepan and bring to a rolling boil ~ let it boil for exactly 2 minutes. ** While it's doing this, lay out your waxed paper and get out your edible glitter **
Meanwhile put the marshmallow fluff into your electric mixer bowl. (TIP: wet or spray your rubber scraper w/non-stick cooking spray to make it easier to get the fluff out of the jar) Carefully pour the hot sugar water into the mixer bowl. Start out on low (so you don't burn yourself by splattering the hot liquid) and gradually raise the speed (as it starts to mix together), until the mixture becomes dull and incorporates.
Drop it by regular teaspoon-fuls (not measuring teaspoon) onto waxed paper and immediately sprinkle with edible glitter. I use 2 teaspoons, and just push it off of 1 teaspoon with the other one, so you'll get more of a rounded or oblong shape. (Just do about 4-6 at a time, so they don't harden up before you get the glitter on. If they do harden and the glitter doesn't stick, just dampen your finger lightly and then dampen the top of each candy and sprinkle.) ** You should get about 5 dozen ~ I keep them in a Tupperware or Rubbermaid container at room temperature.
