This is the EASIEST fudge you'll ever make! Anyone can do this one, including your kids! Just a little microwave action and stirring. Use whatever flavor canned frosting you like (there are some great seasonal flavors available to experiment with ~ I'll be doing Blue Raspberry for my granddaughter's baby shower in September, since she's having a boy)
Easiest WHITE CHOCOLATE FUDGE
1 (12 oz.) bag white chocolate chips
1 can store-bought frosting (any flavor) **
1/2 cup sprinkles or chopped nuts (optional)
Lightly spray an 8” square pan; line with foil (extending over the sides) and lightly grease/spray the foil well. ***
Melt the chips about 90 sec. in the microwave. Take out & stir; add frosting, stir and microwave another 90 sec. Take out and add sprinkles (if using); stir well; spread in prepared pan.
Chill until set (at least 1/2 hour). Pull fudge out of pan by foil “tabs” and cut into squares.
Frosting Suggestions: Key Lime Pie * Pink Lemonade * Strawberry * Cherry Chip * Orange Dreamsicle * or any seasonal flavors
NOTE: This can also be done with milk, semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips, using milk chocolate or fudge frosting
