1/4 tsp salt………………………………………………................4-5 drops green coconut
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk………....…..2 tsp vanilla extract
About 4-6 dozen jelly bellies

Preheat oven to 350. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, stir together flour, coconut and salt. Mix in sweetened condensed milk, food coloring and vanilla until well blended. Use a cookie scoop (or heaping tablespoon) to drop dough onto prepared cookie sheets. (If necessary, shape into balls with your hands.) Push 2 or 3 jelly bellies down into the top of each cookie.
Bake for 10-13 minutes in the preheated oven, until coconut is slightly toasted. Makes about 4 dozen.
TIP: If the jelly bellies fall out of the baked cookies, you can “glue” them in with a tiny amount of canned vanilla frosting.
