1/2 cup butter, softened ..............................................1 cup sugar
2 eggs.............................................................................1 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla...................................................................1 TB caramel syrup
2 cups flour....................................................................1-1/2 tsp baking powder
1-1/2 tsp baking soda................................................... 1 (6 oz.) pkg mini chocolate chips
2 TB Heath or toffee bits
STREUSEL:
1/2 cup sugar.................................................................3/4 cup crushed Oreos
2 TB Heath bits *
MIX together in small bowl
GLAZE:
1/2 cup powdered sugar...............................................1 tsp caramel syrup
milk or caramel flavored coffee creamer
Can also add: 1 tsp. chocolate syrup and 1 TB. unsweetened cocoa powder
WHISK caramel syrup into powdered sugar, adding milk 1 tsp. at a time until smooth spreading consistency. If doing CHOCOLATE version, add the unsweetened cocoa powder to the powdered sugar, and whisk liquid into the combination of dry ingredients.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8” square pan with baking spray.
In a bowl, combine all ingredients (except streusel ingredients). Mix well with a wooden spoon, and spread in prepared pan. Sprinkle STREUSEL over the top of the batter.
Bake in the center of the oven for 35-40 mins. Cool on rack. Drizzle with glaze.
