A creamy good cocktail to enjoy on a warm night ** (forget the calories ~ this is just TOO GOOD!)
CHERRY CHEESECAKE COCKTAIL
3-5 ice cubes (less, if using frozen cherries)
1/2 cup cherries (frozen, maraschino or pitted fresh cherries)
2 ounces vanilla or whipped cream vodka
2 TB whipped cream cheese or canned cream cheese frosting
2 ounces half-and-half or heavy cream
GARNISH:
canned cream cheese frosting
graham cracker crumbs
cherry

Spread a little of the canned frosting around the rim(s) of 1 or 2 martini glasses ~ then dip the rim(s) into graham cracker crumbs.
Put the rest of the ingredients into your blender, and blend until it's thick, smooth and creamy. Carefully pour into the glasses and garnish with a cherry.
NOTE: It will be very sweet if you use the canned cream cheese frosting, especially with maraschino cherries. If you're using cream cheese and fresh/frozen cherries, it won't be very sweet at all so you may want to add 1-2 tsp. sugar.
