3 pounds (48 oz.) imitation crab or lobster meat
1 cup chopped green onion
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup bottled Ranch salad dressing
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Separate (by hand) the pieces of crab.
Put all ingredients together and mix well. The ingredients blend together and this will taste even better if it’s refrigerated overnight. Makes 1 gallon.

NOTE: I cut this recipe down to family size, using an 8 oz. package of imitation crabmeat. Use about 3 TB plus 1-2 tsp. each chopped green onion and chopped celery ~ and about 1-1/2 TB (4-5 tsp.) each green pepper, Ranch dressing and mayonnaise. ** I like very little dressing on salads, so you can add a little more Ranch and mayo if you like it coated more **
