I made these for the Holidays (which is why I used gold sprinkles), but you could use any sprinkles you want.
BUTTERFINGERS Triple CHOCOLATE COOKIES
1 box triple chocolate or fudge cake mix...…………...2 eggs
1 stick melted butter...…………………………………………1 TB dark chocolate syrup
2 TB dark unsweetened cocoa powder...……………....1 TB flour
1 tsp. instant coffee powder...……………………………..about 1/2 to 3/4 cup Butterfingers baking bits

Preheat oven to 350. Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Put sprinkles (if using) into a little bowl and set aside.
Put all ingredients (except Butterfingers and sprinkles) into your electric mixer bowl, and start it on low until the dry ingredients are somewhat mixed in (so it doesn't pouf up into your face). Then raise the speed to high and beat until the dough comes away from the sides of the bowl. Stop the mixer and add the Butterfingers. Just beat until the Butterfingers are mixed in (about 10-15 seconds).
I put scoops (about 1/2 of a small cookie scoop ~ so about 1 tsp. ~ it WILL spread) on my cookie sheet (16 ~ 4 rows of 4 each). Then I go back and roll them all into little balls in the palm of my hand. Dip the tops of each in the sprinkles; and lightly flatten them down into about 1-1/2" across with your fingers.
Bake 9-10 minutes. Let rest on baking sheet a few minutes before removing to rack or paper to cool completely. Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
