about 1-2 tsp. Kosher salt....................................about 1 tsp. pepper
1 cup dry white or red wine………………………..1-2 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 cup chicken stock (or bouillon cube in water)
1 can (about 15 oz) diced or stewed tomatoes, Italian seasoning (do NOT drain)
2 tsp dry oregano ~or~ 3-4 tsp chopped, fresh oregano
1-3 sprigs fresh rosemary (mince 1-2 sprigs; leave one whole) ~or~ 1 tsp. dried rosemary (crushed)
2 tsp. parsley flakes ~or~ 1 TB chopped fresh parsley
2 tsp. dried basil (crushed)

Spray your crockpot with non-stick cooking spray (I used olive oil non-stick spray). Set aside.
Put the flour into a large plastic bag. Then put the wings in there and toss until they're coated well. Put them into the crockpot ~ tips down. (No need to cut them apart. They'll be so tender after cooking, that they'll fall apart.)
Add the herbs, balsamic vinegar, garlic, salt & pepper to the chicken stock and pour it over the wings. Then pour the entire can (with liquid) of tomatoes over the wings. Then the wine over everything. If you have a sprig of fresh rosemary, put it on top.
Turn on LOW and cook for 8-10 hours. I will go back a few times after about 4 hours, to be sure there's still enough liquid in there (you can add more wine and/or broth) ~ maybe turn the wings over, if they're still sticking out of the liquid.
Wings will be very tender (the sinew will dissolve)~ great served over rice or mashed potatoes. Serves 2-4
