COFFEE MARTINI
2 espresso beans (can be chocolate coated too)
2 oz. (2 shots) cold brew coffee (or strong cold brewed coffee + 1-2 tsp. instant coffee or espresso powder)
4 oz. vanilla or espresso vodka
2 oz. coffee liqueur (i.e. Kahlua or Tia Maria)
OPTIONAL: wet the rim of the cold glasses with water or liqueur; then dip the dampened rims into some instant coffee or espresso powder
TIP: 2 oz. = 4 TB = 1/4 cup***
Put two martini glasses in the freezer to chill for up to one hour. Put one espresso bean in the bottom of each glass. Pour the cold brew (or coffee + instant coffee powder), vodka and coffee liqueur into a shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into the chilled martini glasses. Serves 2

TIP re: COLD BREW ** You can buy the whole system for under $40 on Amazon (probably eBay and Overstock too). It's a big white plastic container, with a hole in the bottom plus round filters and a black rubber cork, plus the glass jar & lid. * You put the filter & cork in bottom of plastic container; then put in 1 lb. of any ground coffee (I like strong ones); fill with water and let it sit for at least 6 hours. Then, pull out the plug from the bottom and let the cold brewed coffee drip into the glass jar. To serve, it's 1 capful (glass jar lid) of cold coffee concentrate to about 6-8 oz. hot water (or cold, if you want iced coffee). The filter naturally takes out about 98% of the caffeine and oil (so you don't have to buy that horrible decaf coffee anymore).
