3-4 small summer squash (zucchini and/or yellow squash)
1 tsp garlic powder
Olive oil non-stick cooking spray
1/2 tsp Kosher salt
2 tsp dried dillweed
Halve each squash lengthwise, but do not peel. Spray with olive oil non-stick spray on all sides. Sprinkle with salt, garlic powder and dillweed.
Put squash halves on a medium hot BBQ grill and cook about 5 minutes on each side, until cooked through and grill marks show.
Depending on the size of the squash, allow 1-2 halves per person (or even 3, if you want to fill up on this low calorie, low carb side dish)
