MEXICAN MUDSLIDE
1 oz. Kahlua (or other coffee liqueur)
1 oz. vodka (plain, vanilla, or whipped cream)
1 oz. Crème de Cacao (clear or other clear chocolate liqueur)
1/4 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
3-4 ice cubes
pinch of cinnamon
chocolate syrup

Swirl the chocolate syrup around the inside of a tall glass.
Blend the other ingredients together in your blender until thick & frothy; and carefully pour into the glass. Add a straw and enjoy!
TIP: 1 oz. = 2 TB
