1 JIFFY cake or muffin mix
1 egg
1/2 cup milk or liquid coffee creamer
1/4 cup flour (for muffin mix) or 1/2 cup flour (cake mix)
Mix all ingredients well in large bowl (I used wooden spoon).
Spread batter into sprayed donut pan. Bake at 400 for 9-11 minutes. Cool 1-2 minutes and invert onto cooling rack. Spread glaze over hot donuts. Makes 5-6 donuts (6-8 for cake mix)
Easy GLAZE:
1/2 cup canned frosting
2-3 tsp milk or liquid coffee creamer
Sprinkles as desired
