If you want, you can dress up the tops with some whipped cream and shamrock sprinkles too!
1 small Pkg. pistachio instant pudding (can be sugar-free)
3/4 Cup Milk (any type ~ I like unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
3/4 Cup whipped cream or vanilla vodka
8. oz tub Cool Whip (can be sugar-free)
OPTIONAL GARNISH: extra Cool Whip for topping * shamrock sprinkles * green sugar crystals

Whisk together the milk, vodka, and instant pudding mix in a bowl until combined. Add Cool Whip a little at a time with whisk. Spoon the pudding mixture into small (about 1/2 cup) disposable Solo cups. If you want to use Cool Whip and sprinkles, do them now or right before serving.
Refrigerate until firm, at least 2 hours (or put into the freezer). Serve with spoons
