Easiest PATRIOTIC FUDGE
1 (12 oz.) bag white chocolate chips
1 can store-bought VANILLA frosting (can use BLUE RASPBERRY for the blue portion instead)
red & blue food coloring.......................................................1/2 cup sprinkles (optional)
***
Lightly spray an 8” square pan; line with foil (extending over the sides) and lightly grease/spray the foil well. ***
Melt the chips about 60-90 seconds in the microwave. Take out & stir; add the frosting, stir and microwave another 60-90 seconds. (If you're using Blue Raspberry frosting, only use 2/3 of the chips for the white frosting; and melt 1/3 of the chips separately ~ add the Blue Raspberry frosting and proceed as before) .
Stir fudge mixture(s) well. Take out 1/3 of the white frosting (or 1/2, if made blue separately) and dollop into the prepared pan. Divide the remaining white frosting in half and add 2-3 drops of red food coloring to one, and 2-3 drops of blue food coloring to the other. Stir well. Add dollops of each frosting on top and around the white frosting in pan. Swirl through the fudge (to marbleize) using a dull butter knife or toothpick. Smooth over the top. If you're using sprinkles, add some on top now.
Chill until set (at least ½ hour). Pull fudge out of pan by foil “tabs” and cut into squares.
