HOT CHILI PEPPER OIL
a handful of fresh hot chili peppers, cleaned & pulled out stems
2-3 cups of extra-virgin olive oil
sterilized jar (s) Instructions

Submerge the jar (s) & lid (s) into a pot of boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain on a wire rack.
Pack the peppers in to the jar and pour the oil over them. Cover tightly.
These should keep for at least a month.
