Really! Just 2 simple ingredients and NO COOKING! Even your kids can make this fudge **
1 (12 oz) bag chocolate chips (milk, semi-sweet or dark) 1 can chocolate or dark chocolate frosting (NOT whipped) 1/2 cup chopped nuts (OPTIONAL) *** Spray an 8” square pan; line with foil (extending over the sides) and grease/spray the foil well. Melt the chips about 90 sec. in the microwave. Take out & stir; add the frosting, stir and microwave another 90 sec. Take out and add nuts (if using); stir well, and spread in prepared pan. Chill until set (at least ½ hour). Pull fudge out of pan by foil “tabs” and cut into squares. |
