FALL CITRUS APPLE FRUIT SALAD
Ruby red grapefruit (I used 1 ~ peeled, and cut each section in half)
Navel orange (I used 1 ~ peeled & cut each section in half)
Apple (I used 1 Gala ~ left the peel on, and cut into about 1/2" cubes)
FRUIT FRESH (by canning supplies or Knox gelatin at grocery store)
Light agave nectar (by honey or sugar at grocery store)

I tossed the cut apples slices in about 2 tsp. of the Fruit Fresh (it will keep it from turning brown). Then combine all the fruit in a bowl and drizzle with some agave nectar to taste (I used about 1 TB). Gently toss to coat everything well. This should keep for several days in the refrigerator.
