WHITE SANGRIA
1 large can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 small can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 small can frozen pineapple juice concentrate, thawed
1 EACH: lemon, orange, lime ~ thinly sliced
optional: strawberries
1 bottle dry white wine (inexpensive is fine)
1 large (liter) bottle club soda
optional: thin slices of lemon or lime to garnish glasses
Empty the thawed juice concentrates into a large pitcher; add all the sliced fruit and the bottle of wine. Let it sit in the refrigerator overnight. Before serving, add the club soda and ice cubes. You can garnish each glass with a slice of lemon or lime, if you want.

Note: This will make 2 pitchers of Sangria. I find it’s less messy to divide the thawed concentrates into 2 pitchers (after they’re mixed together) and put the fruit slices into 2 pitchers (rather than try to divide it the next day with the fruit in there). Divide the wine into both pitchers (and club soda).
