PEACH COBBLER MARTINI
1/2 cup peach nectar or juice
4 oz. whipped cream vodka
2 oz. Amaretto liqueur
graham cracker crumbs for garnish
Put the graham cracker crumbs onto a saucer. Dip the rim of the martini glasses into water and then into the crumbs. (If you want a sweeter rim, you can spread a little canned vanilla frosting around the rim, and then dip it into the graham cracker crumbs)
Fill a cocktail shaker or large jar with ice ~ add the vodka, peach nectar, Amaretto and a few ice cubes. Shake vigorously and pour into the prepared glasses. Makes 2
