Tastes like the rotisserie chicken you get at the grocery store, but BETTER!
ROTISSERIE HERB CHICKEN DRY RUB
1/2 cup Kosher salt
1/2 cup smoked paprika
2 TB garlic powder
2-1/2 TB dried thyme leaves, crushed
2 TB black pepper
1 TB dried tarragon, crushed
2 TB fresh rosemary (minced) or 1 TB crushed dry rosemary

Mix all ingredients together and store in a tightly sealed jar in your pantry or cabinet. (don’t refrigerate) This will make a big batch of dry rub ~ but it’s so good that you’ll be glad you have it to use again!
Use generously on chicken pieces before you bake (I bake them at 400 ~ time depends on what pieces they are) or grill them.
