BOURBON SUGARED PECANS
1 pound pecan halves
1 egg white...……………………………1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3 TB Pecan Bourbon...……………… dash of salt

Preheat oven to 300. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Whisk together the egg white, brown sugar, white sugar, bourbon and salt until very well combined. Put the pecans into a plastic bag and pour the egg mixture over them. Hold the bag tightly closed ~ shake and smoosh the bag until all of the pecans are evenly coated. Then put all of the pecans onto the baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 30 minutes (turn them over about halfway through {if you remember}).
Cool and break apart. Store in a Tupperware or Rubbermaid container.
