PINK GRAPEFRUIT MARGARITA
1 cup ruby red grapefruit juice
1 cup Tequila, silver or pale golden
1/2 cupTriple Sec (or other orange liqueur)
1/3 cup lime juice
ice
OPTIONAL: agave nectar for sweetening (I like it tart, without any sweetener)
optional: lime wedge and salt for rimming

Pour some Kosher or sea salt into a saucer. Run the cut lime wedge around the rim of 4 margarita glasses; then dip the rims into the salt to coat. Set aside.
Put the grapefruit juice, Tequila, Triple Sec and lime juice into a cocktail shaker or blender and give a shake/whirl. Taste and see if you want to add the agave nectar for sweetening ~ then shake again and serve over ice in the glasses.
If you want FROZEN margaritas, add about 4-5 ice cubes to your blender and whirl it all up in there; then carefully pour into the rimmed glasses. Makes 4 margaritas.
