* I hosted Pokeeno in early April (neighborhood girls' game night) ~ with a light dinner ~ plus desserts. Gram's lemonade was spiked that night, with lemon meringue vodka added to the pitcher!
** Then on Easter, I had our traditional Easter brunch with the new Heather-Kevin 7. Although I also had ice tea, soda, coffee, beer and wine available, the only thing anyone wanted to drink was Gram's fresh lemonade (pitcher after pitcher of it!)

| I served a big green salad (with choice of dressings) and a fresh fruit salad with my frosted sandwich loaf this year. * * * The main dishes for EASTER were Honey Baked ham and Dixie Fry chicken thighs.
