My daughter's favorite cookies are my gingersnaps, so I made mini gingersnaps (rolled in edible gold glitter, sparkling sugar and sugar before baking), and put 2 each in little white netting favor bags for the wedding guests. ** I brought them over to her house in a basket on Wednesday (the wedding was on Friday), so she could give them to the wedding coordinator.
