Some of the little luxuries weren't available this time because they had a reduced staff and management didn't want the staff in the rooms as much ~ also no buffets anywhere for breakfast or lunch. That was reasonable during the Covid pandemic. Guests didn't wear masks, but all staff was super vigilant about masks and social distancing ~ and they offered hand sanitizer everywhere you went. You felt totally safe there, and I'm sure it will be closer to "back to normal" when we go back the end of October.
