Do you suffer from migraine headaches? I discovered a "magic cure" yesterday, just by pure accident. After over-dosing myself with prescription meds, Excedrin migraine and OTC sinus headache pills all day (and still had the headache), I had a small glass of ruby red grapefruit juice last night (just because it sounded good) and my headache went away! ..

woke up with it again this morning and took 1 Excedrin migraine (instead of 2) and another small glass of grapefruit juice, and headache went away again!! ... I've never heard about grapefruit juice helping migraines, but it sure seems to work for me.
IMPORTANT NOTE: some prescription meds (like my cholesterol medication) says not to drink grapefruit juice with them.  I asked my GP doctor about it, and he said I'd need to drink the whole bottle before it affected the pills ... BUT, be sure to check with your own doctor if your prescriptions warn against grapefruit juice
