Kitchen Tip * How to keep FOIL from STICKING to your CASSEROLE DISH when you bake it *

If you're using foil to cover a casserole dish when baking in the oven..... spray the underside of the foil with non-stick spray first.  Then the cheese (or whatever) won't stick to the foil later when you take it off.
