Cakes, cookies and cupcakes can easily be decorated for EASTER with a cute little carrot. (This is especially nice on a carrot cake). I bought orange JELLY BELLIES (there are containers at the grocery store to buy individual colors) and a tube of GREEN DECORATOR ICING. Any brand of decorator icing is fine, but be sure that it comes with a tip for fine lines (or buy the tips separately). You can use the Sparkle Green Icing too, and just use a dab of it for the carrot leaves, but be aware that this won't harden up like the regular decorator icing.
You can even use store-bought cookies and frost them with a can of white frosting and attach a carrot decoration (1st photo). The possibilities are endless! You can melt some white chocolate chips and dip half of an Oreo in there, and put on a carrot ... Dip Fig Newtons completely in melted chocolate and decorate them too (the raspberry ones are especially good).
