Chocolate syrup (for garnish)
Caramel Ice Cream Topping or syrup (for garnish)
Chopped Peanuts (for garnish)
2 oz. caramel flavored coffee creamer
2 oz. milk
2 oz. chocolate liqueur (dark is best, but light Creme de Cacao or Godiva are fine)
2 oz. Amaretto
2 oz. Vodka (caramel or chocolate are best, but unflavored is fine)
2-4 ice cubes (depends how big they are)
Dip rim of martini glass in caramel sauce (or carefully drizzle caramel syrup around the edge); then dip the rim into chopped peanuts (I put them on a saucer). Drizzle some chocolate syrup around the upper part of the inside of the glass (it will drip down inside).
In a shaker or blender, add creamer, milk, chocolate liqueur, amaretto, vodka and ice. Shake/blend to combine.
Pour martini into glass and serve cold. Serves 1
