7/8 cup water
3 cups bread flour
1-1/2 TB dry milk powder
1-1/2 TB sugar (can also use brown sugar for extra flavor)
1-1/4 tsp salt
1-1/2 TB butter
1/2 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger mix)
2 tsp Active Dry Yeast ~ OR ~ 1-1/2 tsp Fast Rise Yeast
Put all ingredients into your bread machine ~ Select BASIC MODE …
Note: because moisture in canned pumpkin may vary, the bread might rise too much. If this happens, reduce the amount of water by 1 TB (at a time) the next time
