PUMPKIN CARAMEL Baked CAKE DONUTS
1 JIFFY yellow cake mix
1 egg
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup flour
1-2 tsp caramel or pumpkin spice liquid coffee creamer
Mix all ingredients well in large bowl (I used wooden spoon).
Spread batter into sprayed donut pan. Bake at 400 for 10-13 minutes. Cool 1-2 minutes and invert onto cooling rack. Spread glaze over hot donuts. Makes 6 donuts
Easy GLAZE:
1/4 cup canned frosting
1-2 tsp caramel or pumpkin spice liquid coffee creamer
1/4 tsp cinnamon
