OREO EYEBALLS
OREO chocolate sandwich cookies
Blue gel decorating icing *
Red gel decorator icing (small tube) *
Brown M&Ms or Reeses pieces
Carefully twist off one of the chocolate cookies from the Oreo. If you have some chocolate smudges on the frosting, that's fine. Put a big dab of blue gel decorator icing in the center of the frosting and stick a brown M&M into it. Put small squiggles of red decorating gel as the veins around it (or you could put the red gel into a small dish, and use a toothpick to draw the veins on. You can even just put a few drops of red food coloring into a small dish and draw veins on with a toothpick by dipping it into the food coloring).

WITCHES BROOMS
Mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cups (unwrapped)
small pretzel sticks
small tube of yellow decorator gel (optional) *
Just stick the pretzel sticks into the top of the Reese's cups. If you find yellow decorator gel in small tubes, you can draw some "straw" lines on the Reese's cups.

WITCHES HATS
Oreo cookies (or can use plain chocolate wafer cookies)
decorator icing in tubes or squirt cans (NOT gel)
Hershey's Kisses (unwrapped)
Put a glob of the decorator icing in the center of the cookies. Jam a Hershey's Kiss on top and give a gentle twist so it sticks in there.

NOTE: * The gel decorator icing is shiny, but won't harden up like the regular decorator icing in a tube or can. You can use the regular decorator icing instead of gel if you're going to transport the cookies somewhere, so you can put them in a box or on a platter without getting them stuck together.
