2 TB brown sugar (or brown Splenda)………...........…......1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon…………………………….........…........1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup milk (I like unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
1 egg………………………………………………...............1/4 cup raisins
***
Preheat oven to 350. spray a 6-hole donut pan with non-stick baking spray.
Mix all of the dry ingredients together in a bowl (I use wooden spoon); then stir in the milk, egg and vanilla. Mix until well blended, and then mix in the raisins.
Fill donut pan and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until they're firm to the touch. Let cool in pan a couple of minutes, then turn out onto a rack or paper to cool completely before glazing. Makes 6 thinner donuts ... or fill each hole completely to the top for 3-4 thicker donuts
