1 small jar marinated artichokes, chopped ~ or just use the leftover oil in jar
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 TB white wine vinegar
2 TB minced onion
1 tsp. minced or crushed garlic
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Kosher salt
1/2 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
1 tsp. sugar
Blend all ingredients together in blender or food processor ** store in refrigerator
