LEMON MERINGUE PIE PUDDING SHOTS
1 small package lemon instant pudding
1 small package vanilla instant pudding (or you could use 2 packages of lemon instead)
1 cup of lemon meringue vodka
1 cup milk (any kind ~ I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
1 8-oz. container Cool Whip, thawed
sprinkles or edible glitter (I used edible gold & silver glitter for New Year's Eve)
In a large bowl, whisk together the pudding mixes, vodka & milk until it's thoroughly combined and getting thick. Then fold in about 3/4 of the Cool Whip. Spoon into about 3 dozen (36) little 2-oz. disposable shot glasses (about 3/4 full, but not to the top ~ you don't want them to smash when you put the lids on). Put the lids on and stack them in the refrigerator until about 1 hour or so before you want to serve them.
Take off the lids and dollop the rest of the Cool Whip on top. Put the sprinkles on.
