I actually used Splenda, to make it sugar-free for my husband **
3 large peaches, sliced (leave peel on)
1-1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 cup sugar or regular Splenda
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup Bisquick
2 TB butter
Heat oven to 350. Spray pie plate (9” or 10”) with non-stick spray.
Mix peaches and spices; put into plate. Whirl remaining ingredients about 15 seconds in blender. Pour over peaches. Sprinkle with topping. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 45-50 minutes.
TOPPING: Mix 3/4 cup Bisquick, 1/4 cup nuts, 1/4 cup brown sugar or brown Splenda, and 2 TB butter.
Makes its own crust while baking.
