BOSTON CREME PIE Yogurt SMOOTHIE
1/2 cup unsweetened Vanilla Almond milk (0 sugar ~ about 15 calories)
1/4 cup Creme Brulee liquid coffee creamer (can use unsweetened)
1 container Yoplait Boston Cream Pie Greek 100 yogurt (7 sugar ~ 100 calories)
small drizzle of chocolate syrup (I like dark, but you can also use Hershey's sugar-free)
handful of ice
Put it all into your blender and blend until the ice is crushed up and the smoothie is thick and creamy.
