DIRTY GIRL SCOUT
1 fluid ounce vodka
1 fluid ounce coffee liqueur (i.e. Kahlua)
1 fluid ounce creme de menthe (green or white)
1 fluid ounce Bailey’s Irish cream liqueur
1 mint leaf (optional)
Pour the vodka, coffee liqueur, creme de menthe, and Irish cream into a cocktail shaker over ice. Cover, and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a mint leaf to serve. Serves 1
OR :
Mix the vodka, Kahlua and Bailey's and pour over ice. Pour the Creme de menthe down the center of the glass. Looks strange, but then you’ll have a “mint center” (like the cookie)
